This study aims to examine the relationship between social skills, group cohesiveness, and adjustment among santri at Burhanul Hidayah. The used a quantitative correlational design. data were collected using skill scale with reliability value of 0.824, cohesiveness 0.900, 0.850. Based on results multiple regression analysis conducted 203 subjects, there is significance 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that santri.
